In recognition of management's responsibility to establish effective procedures for the prevention of job related accidents, Hand Construction has developed this Safety - Loss Control Program.

Our opjectives are to profide to the best of our ability:

A safe and healthful environment for all employees.
Protection of the general public.
Trotection of all property and equipment.
Reduction of costs associated with accidental losses.

Achievement of these objectives is dependent upon good planning and careful preparation to ensure that safety is an integral part of all operations and work procedures. This can only be accomplished if all personnel take an active interest in the Program and abide by all safety rules and health regulations prescribed by federal, state and local authorities.

The efficiency of any company can be measured by its ability to control unnecessary loss. An accident resulting in personal injury, property damage or equipment loss represents needless waste. It is iperative that all managers and supervisors recognize their responsibility to control these losses and that they take all necessary actions to do so. Their performance in this regard will be evaluated along with their overal performance.

It is my intent that all company employees devote serious attention toward making this program an integral part of their day-to-day operations.
