Hand Construction was contracted to build Reeves Marine's new home in Bossier City across the street from the Century Tel Center. Reeve's Marine chose Hand Construction for their reputation of quality and quickness. The project had a projected completion time of 8 months but was actually finished in only 5 1/2 months.
