Experienced in bid development and bid proposals, project scheduling, owner contract and subcontract negotiations, writing and awards, management of project staff, subcontractors, procurement of materials and quality control. Supervisory and management positions include chief construction inspector, senior project manager, operations manager, and chief operations officer. Joined Hand Construction in 2021.
