President and CEO, Cayce Hand received his Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from Northeast Louisiana University. As a long-time member of the Associated General Contractors of America, he served as President of the Shreveport Chapter in 1989 and again in 2006. He is licensed in the State of Louisiana for the major classifications of Building Construction, Heavy Construction, and Municipal and Public Works Construction.

Cayce Hand’s experience includes commercial and light industrial construction and new multi-family housing projects, as well as extensive experience in large renovation projects. He has over fifty years experience in the construction industry which includes involvement in numerous multi-million dollar projects. Awarded the Healthcare Contractor’s Certificate at the International Conference of Health Facility Planning, Design and Construction on March 25-27, 2002, Cayce Hand brings valuable and specific knowledge of healthcare facility construction to Hand Construction’s projects.
