Brad joined Hand Construction in 1995. He has been involved in procuring process and facilitating projects and contracts in excess of $25,000,000.

Brad began working for the company out of high school as a laborer before earning his Bachelors Degree in Management and Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
Today, Brad is responsible for business development and marketing for Hand Construction. Having gained valuable experience while in the custom home building industry for several years, he has a well developed eye for detail. He uses this well honed skill today while
on the job sites, helping maintain and oversee quality control.
